BalticMaps Application Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the “Baltic Maps” mobile application.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that “Baltic Maps” contains proprietary information and material that is owned by "Jana seta" and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the “Baltic Maps” in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the “Baltic Maps” may be reproduced in any form or by means, except as permitted in these terms. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the “Baltic Maps” in any manner.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

"Jana seta", provides "Baltic Maps" application and it's content (collectively will be referred to as "Service") for use on "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.
You agree and acknowledge that you assume full, exclusive and sole responsibility for the use of the Service and that the use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that you must observe all traffic laws while using the Service.

AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES

While Jana seta will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are available at all times, Jana seta does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your access to any part of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In addition, while Jana seta makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all Content and/or information submitted by you to Jana seta will be secure, Jana seta does not guarantee that the Service will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring base.

Other

Jana seta may incorporate in the Service advertisements and/or information of commercial nature.
Jana seta reserves the right at any time to:

Change the terms and conditions;
Change the Service, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the Service;
Change any fees or charges for use of the Service.

Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by means including, without limitation, posting in the Service, BalticMaps.eu website or electronic mail. Your continued use of the Service following such changes will be deemed acceptance of such changes. Be sure to return to this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of the Terms.
